A co-founder of Peak Health Solutions, Mr. Schmidt creates and guides the company’s customer relationships, with an emphasis on customized service. Mr. Schmidt, who has a degree in Business Administration from Boston University, is a leading expert in the area of medical staffing and placement, with a specialty in market analysis and management. He formerly was with Maxim Healthcare Services, a national provider of home health, medical staffing and wellness services. Beginning as a recruiter, he went on to have responsibility for establishing its outlying facilities, establishing local offices in eight new markets over four years and gaining comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of healthcare services.
